We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FashionFitnessNow (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This product made the world of difference to me. I woke up one morning, in pain, two trips to the ER, test, exams, all the way to an orthopedic surgeon. At this point I was in crippling constant pain daily. My right arm felt like death, my back hurt and my fingers were numb for over 50 days. I started researching, and saw the shoulder braces. At this point the doctor was assuming a rotator cup injury I hadn’t had an MRI yet. So I saw the reviews on this particular shoulder brace and ordered it. Wore it as soon as I got it. It was weird to put on at first, but not too hard. It’s manageable to put on alone. After the first day of wearing it, I took it off at night and I sell through the whole night for the first time in weeks. I had little pain, but sensitive for it kept my shoulder in place wail it was on. I couldn’t believe after all this time I had relief.
Finally a brace that not only feels great but can be adjusted without help! The bonus pulley is a valuable tool for avoiding frozen shoulder as well. I recommend this one. I tried others and returned them. I'm keeping this one.
I have recently suffered a small shoulder injury and have increasing pain. After reading many reviews on this brace and others, I finally decided to try this one. I have already noticed a decrease in pain in my shoulder. I am pleasantly surprised, and I highly recommend this brace for others who experience shoulder pain.
I purchased this brace for tendonitis pain in my right shoulder and upper arm. Although there are multiple similar products out there which are probably just as good, I chose this one because the arm sleeve is adjustable and I wanted to make sure I could control the pressure there as well as on the shoulder itself. I've been using it for several days now and have definitely experienced a decrease in the pain as a result of the brace in combination with a number of shoulder tendonitis exercises I researched on YouTube.
The only issue I have is the cross strap. I have a large chest and the strap is a bit short. The pocket works great for ice and aside from the slight discomfort on the chest and minor on the arm strap(a bit tight) I love the product and use it almost daily as I await my surgery. The company contacted me and asked for my input on how they could do better, great customer service! Something that will bring me back as a loyal customer if I am in need.
I used this shoulder brace and actually still do from time to time for slightly torn rotater cuff injury. My shoulder felt much better when I wore this brand than the other brand I had bought. I also slept in this brace and it kept it from hurting. Presently I am using physical therapy ,essential oils ice and this shoulder brace when I do some activity. It seems to be getting better but I do not know if it will keep from surgery as of yet.
